You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your products.

The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Products made to order (such as fabrics cut by the meter) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

For damages caused during shipping, a damage report must be filed at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately.
